What is MBR flat membrane?

In recent years, with the promotion of policies, mbr flat membrane has developed rapidly in our country. More and more environmental protection practitioners and companies are beginning to learn and carry out business related to product manufacturing, process design, operation and maintenance management of the MBR process.   With the rise of the environmental protection industry in recent years, there are more and more supporting environmental protection products. As a good product, MBR flat membrane plays an important role in various sewage treatment projects.


1. Membrane element


  The membrane element is mainly composed of diaphragm, lining cloth, support plate and water inlet. The treated water filtered by the membrane is discharged from the water inlet through the support plate.


2. Membrane module


  The membrane module single-channel double-layer flat membrane module consists of an upper membrane bracket and a lower aeration tank. The membrane stent contains a certain number of membrane elements, and each membrane element is connected to the water collection pipe through a transparent silicone hose. The aeration tank contains an aeration tube for aeration and flushing to prevent fouling of the flat membrane and provide oxygen for microorganisms.


In the daily operation and maintenance management of MBR flat membrane, the following specific work needs to be done:


  1. "Front" - Observe the operation of the water inlet pump to prevent the water inlet pump from rising out of the water due to the failure of the liquid level gauge; whether the power grid is blocked.


  2. "Medium" - Observe the liquid level in the membrane cabinet to prevent the membrane module from overflowing from the membrane cabinet due to failure of the liquid level gauge. Pay attention to the water coming out of the membrane module. Observe and record whether the aeration of the membrane cabinet is uniform, and open the aeration and vent valve for 5 to 10 minutes every week.


  3. "After" - Observe and record the operation of all electromechanical equipment and whether there is any noise different from normal conditions. Observe and record the reading of the negative pressure gauge. When the transmembrane pressure difference reaches 35kpa, the membrane needs to be cleaned. Observe and record the flow meter reading, and adjust the self-priming pump outlet valve to ensure that the flow rate is within the design flow range. Observe whether the control panel is abnormal and whether the liquid level gauge is working normally.


  4. "Tail" - Observe and record the water outlet. The water outlet should be clear and transparent with no suspended matter.


  5. "Edge" - Pay attention to the surrounding environment and do not let sharp and hard objects enter the membrane pool.
